THE AUCTION WILL EXTEND FOR 60 SECONDS WHEN A BID IS PLACED ON ANY LOT, WHEN THE TIMER REACHES ZERO THE WHOLE AUCTION WILL CLOSE.

Note: CTRC won't be assisting in loading abandoned vehicles, bus, water tank, transportable building, Beechcraft Queen Air, and lathe. Lathe weighs 2.2t 

The buyer is to organise a means of loading and transporting these lot items. 

Note: That several World Theatre items are at end-of-life and may have mould present. All cinema chairs are to be removed at the buyer’s own cost, and all items must be collected from the Theatre at an agreed time.

Note: Electrical items have no test and tag.
